Lifting up survival rates, one telehandler at a time

The Kids' Cancer Project-branded Magni TH3.6 telehandler on site.

Partners of The Kids’ Cancer Project aim to help however they can while playing to their strengths, working alongside us as we tirelessly pursue a 100% survival rate with no long-term effects for kids with cancer.

The nationwide entity has a long history of supporting meaningful causes that align with its company values of resilience, hope and creating better futures, values shared by The Kids’ Cancer Project.

Leading forklift hire specialists All Lift and construction giant Hindmarsh Group’s decision to proudly display The Kids’ Cancer Project’s branding on a brand-new Magni TH3.6 telehandler with rotator – along with a pledge to donate 10% of the total rental revenue of the machine – embodies this aim.

The determination to help children and families affected by cancer came from All Lift’s Managing Director, Dean Kretchmer. Introduced to the charity by his wife over six years ago, stories shared by those affected by childhood cancer at a Long Lunch struck a chord.

“When you see the toll childhood cancer has taken on these people and you hear the stories, it hits home straight away,” Kretchmer says.

“None of us at All Lift have been affected by childhood cancer, fortunately, but we want to contribute as best as we can to The Kids’ Cancer Project’s mission.

“This joint venture with Hindmarsh is a highlight for us. We’ve been trying to such a project now for a couple of years and to get it off the ground is really, really cool.”

The Kids’ Cancer Project’s Head of Partnerships, Patrick Phibbs, couldn’t be prouder of the partnership forged with both All Lift and Hindmarsh Group.

“We’re always open and looking for unique fundraising initiatives tailored to businesses across a multitude of sectors. Our partnership with All Lift and the Hindmarsh Group is the embodiment of that,” Phibbs says.

“Both businesses are engaged and willing to support us as we continue to work towards finding more effective, less harmful treatments for kids with cancer. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved thus far, but look forward to what’s in store for the future.”

All Lift and Hindmarsh are planning to continue to support The Kids’ Cancer Project beyond the rental revenue, with on-site BBQ fundraisers and client engagement activities planned for the coming months.
