Cupcakes 4 a Cure

Bake a difference for childhood cancer research all year long! Sell your fresh baked cupcakes at a morning or afternoon tea at your school, workplace or just between friends to raise funds for the bold research needed to find better treatments and ultimately a cure for childhood cancer.

Lose Your Locks

Clip, cut or chop your hair! Shaving your head or getting a short crop is a great way to show solidarity for kids affected by cancer and to fundraise for childhood cancer research. You can Lose Your Locks as an individual or grab your mates and make this a team challenge!

Cole Classic

Cole Classic is one of Australia’s longest running events, and most prestigious ocean swims, with swimmers diving in at Shelly Beach, and crossing the finish line on the shores of the famous Manly Beach.

Pirate Day

Dress up like a pirate, bring your treasure, and raise money for kids' brain cancer research. The ship is pushing out again on Thursday 24 September but you can register any date that suits you and your crew.

Write a Book in a Day

Write a Book in a Day is a competition for students in years 5 to 12 and adult writing groups. Teams of up to ten write, illustrate and publish a book in 12 hours. Registrations open on 1 May. The competition runs from 1 June to 31 August. Students can fundraise until 30 September.

The Sun-Herald City2Surf

The World's Largest Fun Run, The Sun-Herald City2Surf, will be back on Sunday, August 8, 2021. Bringing 85,000 people together from all walks of life to run, jog, walk or stroll the famous 14km course from Sydney’s CBD to the iconic Bondi Beach. Larapinta trek

In August 2021, The Kids’ Cancer Project is taking on the iconic Larapinta trail in the Northern Territory, and we want you to be part of it. This is an adventure not to be missed, as you’ll get to explore one of the most iconic bushwalking tracks in the world alongside expert hikers and likeminded charity supporters.

Fitz's Challenge

While only the hardiest of riders can claim to have conquered the legendary Fitz’s Hill, it still doesn’t come close to the challenge that children with cancer and their families face day in and day out. Fitz’s Challenge is proud to have supported The Kids’ Cancer Project since 2009 by assisting the organisation to raise much-needed funds for research projects.
