Held at the Grand Chancellor Hotel in Hobart on 22 August, the incredible fundraising total was made possible through the generosity of guests, businesses, sponsors and supporters of the Fall Real Estate Community who came together on the night, including through auction bidding and donated prizes.
We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Fall Real Estate for their partnership and support of childhood cancer research. Their commitment to making a difference for children and families affected by cancer is an important part of their partnership with The Kids’ Cancer Project.
We want to contribute to a continued increase in the cure rate of children with cancer. Every dollar helps. Even small donations can go a long way toward changing a child’s life.
– Fall Real Estate Assistant Director Andrea Cooper
That commitment was clear throughout the gala, with the Fall Real Estate team and their community turning an evening together into meaningful support for research.
We’d also like to acknowledge the event’s Major Sponsors – REA Group, Open2view, Hobart MINI Garage and GoTransit Media Group – whose generous support helped make the evening possible.
The funds raised will help The Kids’ Cancer Project invest in research aimed at improving how childhood cancer is understood and treated. For families facing childhood cancer, research represents hope for the future. It can mean more effective treatments, fewer long-term impacts and, ultimately, more children growing up to live the lives they deserve.
The success of the 2026 gala is a wonderful example of what can happen when a community comes together behind a shared cause. We’re proud to stand alongside Fall Real Estate and everyone who supported the event.
Thank you to Fall Real Estate, the event sponsors, guests, auction bidders and every business and individual who contributed to this incredible result.
If you missed this year’s gala, keep an eye out for the next one – and join the Fall Real Estate community in helping make a difference for children with cancer.
